Notices
(一) The one checking in shall show his(her) the original of ID, driving license, or passport on the check-in date for verification and registration and tell the Hotel your reservation number so that the staff can serve you accurately and rapidly.
(二) After the reservation is completed, if you need to change the date, room type, or number of rooms, please contact with the Hotel. However, it is only free of charge when the change of the date, room type, or number of rooms is made in three days before the check-in date (exclusive of the check-in date).
(三) The same order can accept change for one time. The changed reservation does not accept cancelation (order cancelation).
(四) On the check-in date, if you cannot check in because of force majeure (based on the fact that Taichung City Government announces to call of school and work), please contact with the Hotel on the phone on the “check-in date” to cancel the reservation unconditionally. If you fail to show up on the check-in date without reasons, according to regulations, no refund for the reservation fee.
(五) Without additional bedding, children under 110 cm are free of charge.
(六) The prices at the website can vary according to the date, room type, and special discount projects. Please make sure to confirm the price when you decide to make reservation and payment.
(七) After the reservation is completed, if you have any questions, please e-mail the Hotel at info@gohotel.com.tw or call the Hotel at 04-2226-1811. We will handle your questions as soon as possible.
(八) The reservation policy for reservation via telephone is the same as that for reservation online.

Cancellation Policy:
1. For cancelation in 3 days before the check-in date, the tourist may ask the Hotel to return 100% of the paid deposit.
2. For cancelation in 1-2 days before the check-in date, the tourist may ask the Hotel to return 50% of the paid deposit.
3. For cancelation on the check-in date or failing to inform the Hotel the cancelation, the Hotel is allowed to keep all the deposit.
