Dolly Kitchen, newly renovated, captures elegant and warm-hearted dining atmosphere and accommodates 84 guests. The traditional style of Taiwanese buffet from various congee pickles to western breakfast is served daily morning. The restaurant Chefs create seasonal menu and source fresh, seasonal ingredients from the local market and farms.
Breakfast courses are the fusion of Taiwanese and Western cuisine, which include buns, soymilk, congee, fried vegetables, curry chicken, braised pork, bread and pastries, sausages, and omelets etc. There are coffee, juices, and cereals on one side and salads and fruits Station on the other.
