The Fu Yue hall is designed with the classical peony peach red and the modest trendy brownish gray. The red bricks and wooden furniture creates a layered effect and balances the atmosphere of the room, symbolizing profession and service combined. One of the key elements of Dim Sum culture - the steamer basket, is also designed onto the brick wall to add a bit of fun; there are also steamed dumpling styled lights that help to create an integrated eastern and western ambience, adding a highlight to the restaurant. The seating design of the snack hall along with the tall back of the chairs creates a box-like feeling, allowing customer to comfortably enjoy the cuisines while bringing friends and families even closer together.
