Reservation Information
•We only accept credit card payment for overseas reservation deposits. For local reservation deposits, we accept payment by credit card, ATM transfer, wire and other payment methods. The remaining balance will be collected upon check-in, we accept payments by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay) or cash.
•Check-in time is 3:00PM, check-out time is 11:30AM. We offer luggage storage service before and after check-in/check-out. •Room rate includes breakfast, applicable taxes and service charges.
•As rooms will be assigned based on availability upon check-in, we are unable to guarantee specific rooms.

Cancellation Policy
★Cancellation on arrival date: No refund.
★Cancellation 24 hours before arrival date: Refund 20% of deposit.
★Cancellation 2 – 3 days before arrival date: Refund 30% of deposit.
★Cancellation 4 – 6 days before arrival date: Refund 40% of deposit.
★Cancellation 7 – 9 days before arrival date: Refund 50% of deposit.
★Cancellation 10 – 13 days before arrival date: Refund 70% of deposit.
★Cancellation 14 days before arrival date: Full refund of deposit.
