The Restaurant provides the visitors with diverse delicious breakfast in Chinese and western styles as well as nutritious and healthy exquisite beverages so as to satisfy visitors of different tastes. They can feel leisure and romantic atmosphere of their trip among the comfortable and carefree dining atmosphere.
(一) The one checking in shall show his(her) the original of ID, driving license, or passport on the check-in date for verification and registration and tell the Hotel your reservation number so that the staff can serve you accurately and rapidly.
(二) After the reservation is completed, if you need to change the date, room type, or number of rooms, please contact with the Hotel. However, it is only free of charge when the change of the date, room type, or number of rooms is made in three days before the check-in date (exclusive of the check-in date).
(三) The same order can accept change for one time. The changed reservation does not accept cancelation (order cancelation).
(四) On the check-in date, if you cannot check in because of force majeure (based on the fact that Taichung City Government announces to call of school and work), please contact with the Hotel on the phone on the “check-in date” to cancel the reservation unconditionally. If you fail to show up on the check-in date without reasons, according to regulations, no refund for the reservation fee.
(五) Without additional bedding, children under 110 cm are free of charge.
(六) The prices at the website can vary according to the date, room type, and special discount projects. Please make sure to confirm the price when you decide to make reservation and payment.

(八) The reservation policy for reservation via telephone is the same as that for reservation online.
•The official time used is local Taiwan time (GMT +8).
Reservation Cancellation Policy:
1. Guests who cancel their reservation 14 days prior to their reserved date can receive 100% deposit refund.
2. Guests who cancel their reservation 10 to 13 days prior to their reserved date can receive 70% deposit refund.
3. Guests who cancel their reservation 7 to 9 days prior to their reserved date can receive 50% deposit refund.
4. Guests who cancel their reservation 4 to 6 days prior to their reserved date can receive 40% deposit refund.
5. Guests who cancel their reservation 2 to 3 days prior to their reserved date can receive 30% deposit refund.
6. Guests who cancel their reservation 1 day prior to their reserved date can receive 20% deposit refund.
7. Guests who cancel their reservation on the day of their reserved date cannot receive any deposit refund.
