1. To ensure the rights of the customers, the person reserving should be the same as the person checking in. Please provide identification while checking in for successful registration.

Please kindly tell the staff the desired accommodation date and the number of guests, then our staff will ask for basic reservation information and fax or mail the reservation authorization letter to you. The purpose of the reservation authorization letter is to ensure the customer’s reservation rights. Please send the letter back before the deadline after confirming; failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation without further notice.

Online reservation procedure and notices
1. For guests who use the reservation system online have to agree to pay the full price of the room reserved to ensure the right of reserve the room and price online.
2. Payment will be deducted from your credit card account as soon as the reservation transaction is completed online
3. If any changes need to be made after successful reservation online, please call the reservation office 04-22399000 during office hours for alterations.

Accommodation coupon reservation procedure and notices
1. The receipt for the coupon has already been issued. The coupon is meant to be used at once and cannot be used separately. No receipt will be issued upon using the coupon.
2. The coupon cannot be converted into cash or used along with other discounts or events.
3. The coupon is a kind of bearer security and should be presented upon usage. The coupon will not be reissued for any lost, stolen or damaged reasons.
