Cancel policy:
1.In accordance to the Regulation of Standard Contracts issued by the Tourism Administration, Ministry of Transportation and communications:
★Cancellation on the check-in date will result in a 100% fee of the total room price.
★For cancelation in one day before the check-in date, the paid amount can be reserved for future consumption in one year.
2.In occurrence of uncontrollable forces such as a natural disaster (e.g. traffic disruption caused by earthquakes or land warning for typhoon that suspends work and school in Taichung City), please contact the hotel before 10:00 am on the check-in date for preservation of the deposit (reusable within 3 months) or cancellation (full refund).
