Taichung Charming City Basian Villas, newly developed by the Hung's Mansion Group , is located within the Basianshan National Forest Recreation Area in Heping District, Taichung City.

The property features 18 private wooden cabins constructed from rare timber, camphor wood, and natural cedar, along with the “Mansen” Café & Restaurant. As the only luxury five-star forest cabin resort in central Taiwan, the resort presents a newly built wooden-villa experience.

Designed with a philosophy of classic elegance and simplicity, each cabin offers a rich sense of privacy and layered spatial aesthetics. The natural fragrance of the wood enhances the unique atmosphere of the cabins, allowing guests to reconnect with their inner selves after only a brief stay and begin a journey of embracing nature.

    • The room is equipped with five-star hotel level pocket-spring mattress, premium bedding and electric kettle.

    • Each room serves complimentary tea leaves and mineral water. Tea sets are available for guests (The Hotel provides mountain spring water. The guest can feel safe to drink it)

    • Area A Independent Ancient Cabin Quad Suite includes a leisure patio, outdoor leisure table and chair, and exclusive cool spring foot-soaking pool.

    • Area B Forest Cabin and Area C and D Star Cabin include a leisure patio and outdoor leisure table and chair.
    • Meals are available during the following hours: Breakfast 7:30-9:00; dinner: 17:30-19:00.

1.Please note that the room price does not include the entry ticket of Basianshan Forest Recreation Area and parking fee.

2.The Hotel does not provide additional bedding service. If the guests exceed the room capacity, please inform the Hotel in advance.

3.Smoking, barbequing and setting off fireworks are strictly forbidden in the Area.

4.No pets in the Area/rooms to maintain the safety and health of the Area.

5.(During summer) Because the Hotel is in the mountain area, the temperature drops dramatically at night. It becomes cooler at night. The rooms are not equipped with air conditioners. Please forgive us for any inconvenience.
(During winter) Because the Hotel is in the mountain area, the temperature drops dramatically at night. It is colder at night in winter. All the beds in the rooms are placed with an electric blanket (except for eight-people room)

▲ To protect the safety of your credit card transaction, the website stipulates that the identity of the booking room online shall be the same as the checking in and is required to provide the id during checking in.

▲ Check in : 15:00 pm ; check out : 11:00am.

▲ (If you need to check in before 15:00 pm, please inform the Hotel in advance. The Hotel will charge $500/hr with discretion according to the time you check in. If you need to check out after 11:00 am, the postponed check-out fee is $500/hr).

▲ For force majeure at the location of the Hotel on the registered check-in date, such as traffic disruption caused by an earthquake or a land warning for a typhoon issued by Central Weather Bureau, please contact with the Reservation center in three days from the checking-in date on (including the same day).

Deduction rate for cancelation is as follows:
★100% of the prepaid deposit will be deducted for cancelation on the check-in date.
★80% of the prepaid deposit will be deducted for cancelation in 1 day before the check-in date.
★70% of the prepaid deposit will be deducted for cancelation in 2-3 days before the check-in date.
★50% of the prepaid deposit will be deducted for cancelation in 4-7 days before the check-in date.
★30% of the prepaid deposit will be deducted for cancelation in 8-10 days before the check-in date.
★20% of the prepaid deposit will be deducted for cancelation in 11-13 days before the check-in date.
★0% of the prepaid deposit will be deducted for cancelation in 14 days (including 14 days) before the check-in date.
